Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee print advertising initiatives, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create advertising sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for designing marketing materials and visual content.
• Write compelling copy for various channels, including websites, brochures, and advertisements.
• Monitor performance marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize accordingly.
• Manage budgets for marketing initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Maintain and update the company website using WordPress to enhance user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing role with a focus on digital marketing and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for design purposes.
• Strong copywriting skills with experience in creating engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with print advertising processes and advertising sales techniques is a plus.
• Experience in e-commerce platforms and strategies is desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
