Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests. This position involves overseeing the daily operations of Order Counter, Kitchen, the Dining area, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service and hospitality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the food and beverage industry, with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

• Supervise and develop staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
• Oversee food preparation processes to ensure quality and adherence to safety standards.
• Implement kitchen management practices to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records as required.
• Ensure compliance with food handling regulations and health codes.
• Train and mentor staff in hospitality best practices, shift management, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a quick service restaurant management role is required.
• Strong knowledge of food handling practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proven ability in inventory control and kitchen management.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on team collaboration and guest relations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures is essential.
• Ability to conform to legal hiring and scheduling practices.
