Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and products to effectively upsell and provide product demos.
• Assist with inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with excellent phone etiquette.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Supervise junior staff as needed, providing guidance on best practices in customer service.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or a similar cashier role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and providing change accurately.
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions.
• Experience with supervising staff or conducting product demonstrations is a plus.
• A strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic retail environment is essential.
