We are looking for experienced and skilled restaurant managers with remarkable skills, who will run a store effectively and with attention to detail.
As a Captain D's Manager, your primary role is to serve our internal guest - the people who serve our guests in our restaurants on a daily basis.
Our manager candidates are required to be in constant contact with their staff and guests. They need to be able to ensure their staff provides the highest quality guest service and monitor the overall financial performance of the store.

Manager Job Requirements :
You have at least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industries with proven success managing financial results
Drive and determination think PASSION
Confidence / Resourcefulness / Problem-solving skills / Organizational skills
Commitment to quality food and exceptional guest service through personal involvement and training
Teamworking skills - must be a team player and one to lead by example
Verbal communication skills
Involvement / understanding of managing inventory, labor costs, and overall control of financials
