The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of our restaurant’s policies and procedures and will participate in achieving our revenue objectives. The Restaurant Manager will ensure that staff remain compliant with all local, state and federal laws, and that customers’ needs are promptly met. Customer Service Skills are a Plus! As a Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of your restaurant’s operation. Managers are accountable for strategic planning, driving sales, staffing, controlling costs, achieving operations standards, leading teams and developing future leaders.
Salary : $40,000 - $65,000
