Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations while ensuring compliance with Captain D's standards, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Team Development: Utilize our comprehensive training systems to develop a high-performing team, fostering an environment of growth and learning for both newcomers and seasoned professionals.
  • Revenue Management: Implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, including the effective management of resources and optimization of the customer experience.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring all guests' needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Leadership: Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant setting, demonstrating the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Industry Knowledge: At least 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry, showcasing a passion for food service and customer engagement.
  • Customer-Focused: A strong commitment to customer service, with the ability to resolve issues with a positive outcome.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt, embracing the values and mission of Captain D's.
