Responsibilities :
Perform data analysis and exploration to uncover insights and trends related to product and user behavior.Design rigorous AB tests and evaluate the impact of product changes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key metrics and establish data-driven goals for product experimentation.Develop and maintain analytical models to support full funnel analytics.Use statistical techniques to identify patterns and opportunities in large datasets.Create data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.Work closely with designers and engineers to drive data-informed decision-making throughout the product development process.Provide recommendations for improving user experience, conversion rates, and overall product performance based on data analysis.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and apply them to enhance analytical capabilities.Be a mentor to other team members and a data-driven thought leader to cross-functional colleagues.Required Qualifications :
2 years of proven experience as a data scientist or similar role, with a focus on analytics, AB testing, and product experimentation.Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.Expertise in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design for AB testing and product experimentation.In-depth knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate insights and storytelling.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to build a great business.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.Experience with full funnel analytics, including data collection, cleansing, transformation, and analysis.Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and experience working with large datasets and distributed computing frameworks.Benefits :
