Job Duties :
Keep lab and employees in compliance with safety requirements including annual training / certification
Handle lab projects required by R&D
Keep all areas in lab clean, floors, walls
Keep all lighting, inside and out functioning
Handle all CASLink faults and keep CASLink functioning on all equipment
Maintain oversight for any contractors working on site
Responsible for answering front door
Responsible for loading / unloading trucks
Responsible for handling catered lunches
Receive / ship orders for future parts hub
Job Requirements :
Basic electrical knowledge required
HVAC, HVAC / R knowledge a plus
Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and use power and hand tools
