We are seeking an Entry Level Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of our services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction
- Monitor client needs and work to resolve any issues or concerns promptly
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations and reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client objectives are met
- Provide ongoing support and advice to clients on products and services
- Track client performance and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients and their transition into services
