Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and scheduling.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure all event details are executed as planned.
- Support on-site event operations, including registration, guest management, and troubleshooting issues.
- Maintain accurate records of budgets, invoices, and event documentation.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in event coordination or a similar role.
