We are seeking a Strategic Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate and private events. This role involves coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring seamless event operations. Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing corporate and private events from concept to completion
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure smooth event operations
- Support budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiations
- Oversee event logistics, including setup, registration, and post-event evaluations
- Ensure all event materials and resources are prepared and delivered on time
- Conduct research to identify industry trends and opportunities for event improvement

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
