- Evaluates manufacturing processes
- Developing PPAP elements like; PFD, PFMEA and Control plans
- Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements and researching testing methods.
- Suggesting or providing best manufacturing practices for process improvements
- Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow. Interacting with equipment vendors.
- Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs.
- Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Provides manufacturing engineering information by answering questions and requests.
- Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services.
Mandatory Skills and requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / industrial engineering / manufacturing engineering.
- Strong communication skill
- Strong knowledge on latest CNC machines and PPAP elements
- Working experience in Manufacturing Engineering for 5 to 10 years
- Domain knowledge : Off-Highway Vehicles, Heavy Machineries, Automotive, or Aerospace
- Ability to work both in collaboration with others on a project team and independently on tasks
- Demonstrates strong time management skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Salary : $35 - $38
