We are looking for a skilled Auto Detailer with expertise in paint correction and ceramic coating to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality interior and exterior detailing on a variety of vehicles, including luxury and high-end cars.
- Execute multi-stage paint correction processes to remove swirl marks, scratches, and other imperfections.
- Apply ceramic coatings with precision, ensuring optimal protection and longevity.
- Conduct proper surface preparation before applying paint correction and ceramic coatings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Educate customers on vehicle care and maintenance after ceramic coating application.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and attention to detail.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, products, and techniques.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in auto detailing, specifically in paint correction and ceramic coating application.
- Strong knowledge of detailing tools, compounds, polishes, and ceramic coating products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in paint correction and ceramic coating (e.g., Gtechniq, Ceramic Pro, etc.).
- Experience working with high-end and exotic vehicles.
