Job Description
-Providing exceptional customer service-greeting customers with a smile and keeping them well informed of their vehicles repair status
-Scheduling repairs
-Dispatching tows
-Verifying payment information with insurance companies
-Working with the accounting department to keep the accounts receivable clean and accurate
-Keeping inventory of office supplies
-Maintaining a clean and organized environment
Qualifications
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills
- Experience in customer support and client services
- Excellent phone etiquette and data entry capabilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Ability to handle cash and perform outbound calling
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
- Strong analytical skills and typing proficiency
