Description:
Car Crafters is looking for an experienced customer service representative. A Car Crafters' service advisor is responsible for working with customers while their vehicle is being repaired.
A service advisor is the main point of contact for customers before, during, and after the repair process. Experience required. Basic computer skills are required. Great communication/customer service skills are required. A basic knowledge of passenger vehicles is required.
Full time position, Monday-Friday 8am-5:30pm. 1 hour lunch. Weekends off!

PAY RANGE IS REQUIRED BY really AND IS AN ESTIMATED RANGE. PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND DISCUSSED IN PERSON.
Experience in automotive industry required!

Automotive industry experience
Customer service experience of at least 3 years
General knowledge of passenger vehicles
Great communication and customer service skills
