As a lot porter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional car wash and detailing services to our customers. Duties:
- Perform thorough car washes, including exterior and interior cleaning
- Detail vehicles to ensure they are in pristine condition
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns
- Drive vehicles to and from designated areas
- Clean windows
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Assist with custodial tasks as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in car wash, detailing, or related field is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
