Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Lead and mentor junior technicians.
- Ensure all repairs meet or exceed industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role in a dealership or independent shop.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to weld and perform basic fabrication tasks as needed.
- Familiarity with automotive repair techniques, including alignment procedures.
- Proficient in automotive diagnostics, with the ability to troubleshoot various vehicle systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
