Job Title: Store Manager
Terms: Full Time
Salary: Starting wage at $20 per hour
Requirements
● MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICSENCE.
● Must have experience.
● Schedule Availability to work Evening Shifts and Weekends
● High School Diploma or GED.
● Eligibility to Work in the United States
Responsibilities:
● Cut new or duplicate keys, using key cutting machines and programmers
● Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and objectives.
● Maintaining store presentation, completing daily cleaning tasks in order to create a compelling store environment.
● Follow company policies and procedures, including but not limited to cash handling, inventory management, and any data entry.
● Scheduling and dispatching drivers, to their appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, and customer requests.
● Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from repossessions, supervisors, and technicians.
● Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, and requests for services.
● Responsible to Restock, Track, and Organize Company Inventory, as well online order tracking.
● Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Active listener with excellent communication skills.
● Sound judgment and critical thinking.
● Prioritize certain daily tasks according to their urgency and importance.
● Address problems and requests by transmitting information and providing solutions.
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Store Manager to join our team. The Store Manager will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, dispatching, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion to help supervise the store and technicians, eagerness to learn about car keys, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
