Job Overview:

We are looking for a detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate has extreme attention to detail, takes pride and ownership in their work, and is driven and motivated. While experience is not necessary, those with experience detailing vehicles, customer service, ceramic coating, and paint correction are encouraged to apply. As a company, we believe in serving the client first, as we set ourselves apart by providing the absolute best experience possible for every customer. ## Duties

- Perform thorough interior and exterior detailing services, following a standard process and ensuring an eye for cleanliness

- Perform paint correction, utilizing rotary and Dual-Action polishers, to improve the surface of vehicles.

- Prep for and install ceramic coatings on all surfaces of vehicles.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction

- Operate power washers, vacuums, steamers, carpet extractors, and other equipment safely and effectively

- Collaborate with team members and maintain a clean and organized workspace

- Adhere to company standards for quality and efficiency in all tasks

-Show up on time, every time, & come ready to serve our clients and fellow team members

- Be proud of your work and willing to stand behind it

## Requirements

- driven, motivated, and looking to grow within our team long term.

-willing to travel to trainings for skills such as ppf, tint, and wrap installation

-2 years of experience in automotive detailing, paint correction, & ceramic coating is preferred, but no experience is necessary for the right individuals.

- willingness to learn & dedication to growing as individuals and as a team

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on meeting client expectations

- Familiarity with detailing operations and techniques

- Highly motivated and determined to become the best you can be

- Attention to detail to ensure all vehicles are meticulously cleaned and detailed

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
