Job Title: Accident Protection Plan Customer Service Representative (APP CSR)

Compensation: $15 an hour

Position Overview:

The APP CSR is the frontline of the APP claims process. When customers have been in an accident and need to report and file a claim, they will interact with the APP CSR’s. Inbound calls, Outbound calls, text messaging and emails are all the forms of communication that the APP CSR will use to communicate with customers, our dealerships and insurance companies. Under the guidance of our experienced trainers, you will gain hands-on experience in handling customer claims, inquiries, resolving issues and providing exceptional service. This is an entry-level position with excellent growth opportunities within the APP Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound phone calls with customers, car-mart dealerships, and insurance companies.
  • Processing and responding to text and email messages with customers, car-mart dealerships, and insurance companies.
  • Gathering information needed to process APP claims, insurance documents, police reports, pictures.
  • Logging and documenting all communications in the Company’s software.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns with professionalism.
  • Ensure adherence to claims processing standards and company policies.
  • Follow company policies and procedures and support company mission, vision, values, and standards of ethics.
  • Daily attendance required to ensure all duties are completed in a timely fashion.

Qualifications:

  • Strong phone and verbal communication along with active listening skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer and typing skills, and the ability to learn our tracking tools and software.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • A team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Knowledge or experience with Auto Insurance Claims is a plus but is not required.

This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, at the Corporate Office in Rogers, AR and comes with many benefits plus, a fun, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate needs to be self-motivated, ability to follow directions and be dependable.
