Car Parts Warehouse #1 Store, is looking for an Inside Sales Associate to become a part of our Warrensville Heights team. You will be responsible for selling merchandise in a retail setting, making inside sales calls to create new accounts, strengthen and grow relationships with current accounts and assist store Manager with current needs. We offer a year-end bonus program with our top Counter Sales Associates earning over $50,000!
Car Parts Warehouse has over 400 employees and 175 delivery vehicles servicing Northeast Ohio's professional installer automotive parts needs.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Make daily sales phone calls
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Inventory cycle counts
Qualifications:
- Accountability
- Ability to build relationships with business to business customers
- Sales Experience
- Knowledge of automotive part is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Clean driving record
- Computer skills
- Great work ethic
- Willingness to learn and participate in a small team environment
