Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Stock Crew Leader who will be responsible for managing inventory and overseeing the stock team within the warehouse environment.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage/coordinate: Manage the dispatching of stock, ensuring efficiency in the supply chain process. Dispatching knowing who is responsible for what product being put away.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and lead the team of stock associates; providing them with training and support.
- Time Management: Knowing the amount of time a product takes to put away and making sure it is done in a timely fashion; addressing excessive time if needed.
- Lead by Example: Put away and stock products as well
- Put away returns correctly and efficiently
- Review: Double check workmanship of stock associates and quality of work.
- Strive for 100% accuracy on all orders
- Safety: Make sure all employees are following safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to handle physical workload which includes bending, twisting and lift up to 50-60 pounds continuously
- MUST have a Team Work Attitude!
- At least 1-2 years of warehouse experience
- At least 1-2 years of experience supervising
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
