Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Reports to: Maintenance Manager
Job Description:
Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for performing various maintenance functions that are
necessary to maintain and enhance values to our properties. Duties will include: electrical,
plumbing, carpentry, masonry, monitor and maintain vendors for all building systems. Must be
organized and work independently.
A. Duties will include general repairs such as:
1. Drywall / Texture, Painting,
2. Ceramic tile / Grout repair, Floor & Cove Base Repairs, Door Install / Repair,
3. Ceiling Tiles,
4. General Installations, Cabinet Repair, Shelving, Electrical,
5. Plumbing
6. Clear shop drains, sinks, toilets
7. Roof Repair
8. General clean up
9. Some landscaping
10. Some shop equipment repairs such as oil and air hose replacements and hose reels, hoist pad replacement
11. Roof top exhaust fan repair
12. Hardware of all types
13. Demolition when required
14. Perform other tasks as assigned.
B. Properly uses all required personal protective equipment.
C. Work in a cooperative and professional manner with all personnel.
D. Maintain a professional demeanor while on the job.
E. Treat members of the public in a courteous and non-discriminatory manner.
F. Conform to the company’s policy on non-discrimination and harassment.
