Job Title: Office Clerk
Reports to: Office Manager, CFO
Job Description:
- Perform any combination of the following and similar accounting duties.
- Assist the accounting team in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the office.
- Collaborate with the Controller to maintain accurate financial records and assist in all accounting functions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Coordinate and manage various accounting projects and tasks as assigned.
- Support the Controller in training new members of the accounting team and facilitate ongoing professional development.
- Review and process financial documents, including invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Perform reconciliations of accounts and assist in preparing financial reports.
- Monitor and maintain equipment related to the accounting department.
- Act as a liaison between the accounting team and other departments, addressing inquiries and providing necessary support.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings.
- Treats members of the public and coworkers in a courteous and non-discriminatory manner and maintains a professional demeanor while on the job. Never use profanity.
- Adheres to the dealership’s sexual harassment/non-discrimination policies and the other policies in the dealership handbook.
- Maintain ongoing compliancy with Car Pros Policies and Procedures via Compli.
- Follow Car Pros standards regarding dress code.
- Wear Car Pros Employee ID Badge daily.
Vehicles Driven or Moved as Part of the Job:
- Move new or used vehicles for customers
- Demonstrating new or used vehicles to potential customers.
- New and used car repositioning on sales lots as required for display.
- Other Driving as assigned.
