Job Summary: An Automotive Painter is responsible for making cosmetic repairs to vehicles and repainting them, often after collisions or accidents. They are a specialist in the intricate craft of matching old paint to new colors and then applying the paint to a car with the use of specific equipment such as a spray gun. Territory: Dealerships in the Venice, Sarasota, Bradenton and Tampa Areas. Automotive Painter Compensation and Benefits: We offer competitive pay and flexible working hours. After a 90-day probationary period, you may be eligible for our health and wellness programs. We offer PTO benefits as well. Automotive Painter Responsibilities: Complete the refinishing process on repaired vehicles, which can include: masking, sanding, and applying undercoats, mid-coats, and top coats. Use power tools, paint mixers, paint, cleaning solvents, and waxes as needed. Automotive Painter Requirements: -Positive attitude -Good Communicator -Ability to produce top-quality results -Experience in the automotive industry as an Automotive Painter with a verifiable work history. -Valid driver’s license -Clean background record
