6. Implementing safety and quality guidelines
7. Ensuring the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Previous experience as a Concrete Superintendent or in a similar role
2. Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites
3. In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes
4. Proficiency in MS Office
5. Organizational and time-management skills
6. Ability to lead and inspire
