Responsibilities :

  • Maintain accurate records of services performed, including oil specifications, quantities, and disposal procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, explaining services performed and recommending any necessary future maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations during all tasks.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or vocational training is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Oil Specialist / Lube Specialist or similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of various oil types, grades, and specifications.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Exceptional mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
