Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with customers to understand their car buying needs and preferences.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and offer solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Present and demonstrate used cars to customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and overall value.
- Provide detailed information on vehicle specifications, financing options, warranties, and trade-in processes.
- Negotiate prices and financing terms in a way that creates win-win outcomes for both the customer and the dealership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with potential leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Maintain knowledge of the used car inventory and stay updated on the latest vehicle trends and market conditions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Handle paperwork related to vehicle sales, including contracts, payment processing, and title transfers.
- Provide top-notch customer service and ensure a smooth, hassle-free purchasing experience.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve dealership goals and create a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in car sales or retail sales, with a strong understanding of the sales process.
