Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Achieve all store sales and profit contribution objectives including overseeing all store functions from sales and inventory to the implementation of new store programs and initiatives.
• Manage store performance tracking.
• Establishing and maintaining the Company culture within the store through personally demonstrating and reinforcing the Company Guiding Principles.
• Achieving results that exceed Company minimum standards in all store operational areas including staff training and development, the customer experience, loss prevention, turnover and safety, housekeeping, and team professionalism.
• Develop staff so that at all times at least one subordinate is ready for promotion.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of store management experience preferably in consumer electronics.
• 5 years of people management experience including hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and developing staff.
• Outstanding track record meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Motivate and inspire staff to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Stellar communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and outstanding follow through and execution.
• High level of integrity, accountability and attention to detail.
• Expert consumer electronics product knowledge.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including varied shifts that may include evenings, weekends and holidays.

The base salary for this position is $55,000 per year!
