Title of Role: Graphic Designer
The Graphic Designer supports the Marketing team to deliver engaging and on-brand assets in line with Cara Cara’s brand standard. This role is crucial to our growth marketing efforts, driving engagement and capturing customer attention. The Graphic Designer will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and also receives directives from the Content Manager. This is a 5-day, in office role located in our beautiful Nomad HQ.

What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on asset design across all Cara Cara channels, both digital and print
- Act as creative lead for paid media assets, including affiliate banners, seasonal campaign launches and sale
- Assist social media efforts with weekly graphics needs
- Update and maintain campaign assets across the Cara Cara website
- Execute weekly email automations, slicing and implementation of all Cara Cara marketing email onto email and SMS service providers
- Create and execute email flow campaigns
- Partner with the Events team to design flyers, invites, and segmented emails
- Assist with digital production of ecommerce assets (i.e., cropping, exporting and renaming images) for both CC and wholesale sites
- Own and maintain the monthly content calendar in partnership with the Marketing team
- Support in the creation of creative decks
What you’ll bring:
- At least 1 year of experience, new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Experience with marketing platforms, SMS messaging campaigns, and familiarly with Meta & Google ad specs is a bonus
