About the role:
The Production Coordinator is a critical role that sits at the intersection of the Design, Technical Design and Production teams. This highly visible role contributes to the design and production process by providing tactical support while maintaining the Cara Cara aesthetic, quality standards, timelines and goals. The Production Coordinator will report to the Head of Design and receive directives from both the Design and Production Managers. This is a 5-day, in-office role located in our beautiful Nomad HQ.

- Accurately maintain all seasonal charts including development tracking and production WIPS, communicate all changes, organize seasonal design & production binders.
- Assist to organize & prepare for line reviews, handovers, proto/sample/TOP/Bulk fittings with Technical Design as needed
- Issue and update bulk garment purchase orders with oversight from supervisor
- Assist as needed in UPC & data entry into current systems, and shipping docs from factories
- Seasonally update Stylemaster (ERP software) with each new collection end-to-end, including coordinating items for ghost imaging and digitally cataloging assets
- Oversee the tracking and cataloging of samples, TOPs, damages and stock pulls
- Manage the receiving and shipping of all factory packages related to Production and Design including tracking incoming and outgoing shipments, ordering supplies as needed
- Making trips as needed to the showroom & garment center and ad hoc support for the design team
What you’ll bring
A minimum of 2 years experience as an ecommerce production assistant
Proficiency in Excel and an overall level of tech savvyness
Capability to lift/carry up to 15lbs as needed to perform your responsibilities
Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple deadlines concurrently
Experience with RLM a plus
