JOB TITLE: Regional Account Analyst

REPORTS TO: VP OF REVENUE CYCLE
JOB SUMMARY: Consults with the Business Office Manager at the local facility to ensure the
business office is functioning in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standard
guidelines and regulations and as directed by the VP of Revenue to assure the proper administrative
procedures are maintained.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Consults with the BOM daily on the operations and functions of the business office
- Provides guidance and direction to the BOM
- Helps manage the accounts receivables
- Helps with the collection of bad debt
- Provides ongoing education to the BOM
- Adheres to compliance, policies, procedures, and protocols
- Demonstrates effective leadership
- Maintains confidentiality and professionalism regarding patient and client information
- Supports the Facility
- Is knowledgeable of patient/resident rights and promotes an atmosphere which allows for the privacy, dignity and well-being of all residents in a safe, secure environment.
- Supports and participates in common teamwork:
- Cooperates and works together with all co-workers; plan and complete job duties with minimal supervisory direction, including appropriate judgment.
- Report’s complaints, problems and concerns regarding co-workers, management or residents in accordance with company policy.
- Completes requirements for in-service training, acceptable attendance, uniform and dress codes including personal hygiene, and other work duties as assigned.
- Agrees to comply with the Code of Conduct.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field, preferred
- Must be a skilled communicator, organizer, and motivator; able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively
- Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to occasionally lift/carry 10 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment.
- Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting and kneeling to perform the essential functions.
WORK SCHEDULE: Generally Monday through Friday 8-5, Could include some weekends,
evenings and holidays as needed.
