- Coordinate and schedule Quality, Standards & System training activities, covering but not limited to,Customer Service, Cleaning Standard Operating Procedures, Travelink, Financial Requisites, Office Procedures and Health and Safety Management, ensuring Club objectives are achieved and compliance is maintained.
- Coordinate and schedule all Machinery training activities covering but not limited to, induction training, basic onsite training, refresher training on site, and end of season assessments ensuring continued compliance with the clubs machinery training guidance.
- Schedule and coordinate the full time training team arranging their onsite training schedules and utilise seasonal ad hoc trainers where needed.
- To build relationships across the Site network to help identify training needs and act upon training requests scheduling relevant training.
- Support the scheduling of the annual Induction programme and Onsite Basic training programmes for new Assistant Site Managers, with regards to machinery training and QSS training, including coordinating the trainers locations.
- Support the scheduling of the annual Refresher programmes for all existing site staff to include monitoring of all standards and consistency of delivery at site level, in addition to compliance of machinery training guidance.
- Work closely with the Machinery Lead and Machinery Internal Verification Assessors to schedule and organise end of season assessments, ensuring Club objectives are achieved and compliance is maintained.
- Proactively keep up to date with site operational processes and procedures and ensure all training materials and written standard operating procedures are maintained and updated, and the relevant teams are aware of all updates and changes.
- Work closely with the People Development Co-ordinator to maintain accurate records of learning and development activities undertaken, evaluations and coordinate any other training support required for site staff.
- Schedule the Travel Link Rota with the Travel Link Team, working with the operational requirements of the Travel Link helpdesk.
- Manage own continuous personal development file and maintain an up to date knowledge of processes, procedures and systems necessary to carry out the role.
- Promote and work to all Club compliance requirements.
- Work within agreed budgets at all times.
- Previous experience of organising training schedules and events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to coordinate & develop training plans and training schedules.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a changing environment.
- The ability to interact and work confidently with staff at all levels across departments.
- Good working knowledge of IT systems.
- Good working knowledge of Google Workspace (i.e., Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- To hold a clean driving licence and have the ability to work across the UK, including overnight stays and weekends when required.
- Previous experience of creating training assets and user support guides.
- Sound knowledge of the site network and the training requirements of site staff.
- Previous experience of organising and coordinating compliance training.
