Our team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts oversees the entire scope of ABA treatment services, including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination with other providers, and insurance authorization.

Our team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts oversees the entire scope of ABA treatment services, including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination with other providers, and insurance authorization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead ABA treatment services, ensuring adherence to state and insurance guidelines.
- Collaborate with parents and stakeholders to develop clinical recommendations for treatment intensity, modality, and transition/exit planning.
- Evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on the Caravel Quality of Effective Treatment (QET) measure.
- Develop and implement training programs for clinical staff to enhance their skills and provide high-quality treatment services.
- Foster a collaborative work environment by supervising others and promoting professional growth, development, and certification fulfillment.
- Communicate effectively with clinicians and cross-functional team members.
- Manage administrative tasks efficiently, including report generation, insurance reviews, and form completion to ensure timely funding for client services and staff management.
