About the Position
This position involves supervising and managing center and home-based intervention programs for children with autism, as well as providing clinical recommendations regarding treatment intensity and modality. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans, train and supervise staff, and collaborate with other clinicians.
We offer a highly competitive salary range of $70,450 - $87,800, depending on experience, as well as quarterly incentive bonuses and a sign-on bonus. Additionally, our benefits package includes paid time-off, holiday pay, short and long-term disability, health, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
