About Our Approach
We utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), a results-oriented approach that focuses on observing how our clients react to their environment and respond to people around them. You will engage these special children in fun activities, help build their skills and social awareness, and document their progress.
Becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
No experience is required! We provide paid training and support to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to start a career in autism treatment and make a real difference in the lives of children.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be 18 years old or older
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Be available to work full-time between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday
- Have relevant experience working with children with special needs (preferred)
- Display a fun and creative personality
- Possess a strong work ethic
