Job Summary
This role involves overseeing the full range of ABA treatment services, including assessment, programming, and progress monitoring. The BCBA will provide clinical recommendations, evaluate and modify treatment plans, and supervise clinical staff to ensure high-quality services.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee ABA treatment services, including assessment, programming, and progress monitoring
- Provide clinical recommendations regarding treatment intensity, modality, and transition planning
- Evaluate and modify treatment plans based on the Caravel Quality of Effective Treatment (QET) measure
- Supervise clinical staff to ensure high-quality services
- Complete administrative tasks, including generating reports and completing insurance reviews
Requirements
We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with at least one year of experience utilizing applied behavior analysis and providing behavior services to clients with autism in in-home and/or clinic-based settings.
