Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee and manage center and home-based intervention programs and treatment teams for children on the autism spectrum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise ABA treatment services, including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination with other providers, and insurance authorization.
- Provide clinical recommendations regarding treatment intensity, modality, and transition/exit planning in collaboration with parents and stakeholders.
- Evaluate and modify treatment based on the Caravel Quality of Effective Treatment (QET) measure.
- Train and supervise clinical staff to ensure high-quality treatment services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members and complete administrative tasks in a timely fashion.
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst or state-licensed behavior analyst with state-specific requirements.
- At least one year of experience utilizing applied behavior analysis and providing behavior services to clients with autism in in-home and/or clinic-based settings.
Compensation and Benefits:
$70,450 to $87,800 per year, plus quarterly incentive bonus, sign-on bonus, and competitive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, employer-matched 401(k), paid time-off, and more.
