Board-Certified Behavior Analysts

Job Summary
Our team is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee the full range of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services for children with autism spectrum disorder. This includes assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination, and insurance authorization.

The ideal candidate will have experience in ABA treatment services, excellent clinical skills, and strong leadership abilities. They will be responsible for supervising clinical staff, providing training and guidance, and ensuring high-quality treatment services are delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee ABA treatment services, including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and program modification.
• Provide clinical recommendations regarding treatment intensity, modality, and transition/exit planning.
• Evaluate and modify treatment based on quality standards and client outcomes.
• Supervise and train clinical staff to ensure high-quality treatment services.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and cross-functional team members.

Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst or state-licensed behavior analyst.
• At least one year of experience in ABA treatment services, preferably in in-home and/or clinic-based settings.
