To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, availability to work full-time hours (8:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday), and a strong work ethic. Relevant experience working with children with special needs is preferred, but not required. We provide paid training and support to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
