Caravel Autism Health is on the lookout for an exceptional and motivated Director of Financial Strategy and Analysis to join our Finance team. In this pivotal role, reporting directly to the CFO, you will be instrumental in enhancing financial performance while driving our mission to increase access to vital autism therapy services. Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Financial Planning
Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts.
Oversee monthly and quarterly performance reporting to stakeholders, including internal and private equity sponsor reports.
Ensure timely preparation of covenant calculations and compliance certificates.
Lead and nurture a high-performing FP&A team, promoting a culture of collaboration and achievement.
Work alongside department leaders to provide financial guidance and analysis.
Lead the implementation of new reporting technology, ensuring team mastery of the application.
Bachelor's degree required; Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
5 years of progressive finance experience with leadership roles.
Proficient in financial modeling and 4-wall performance analysis.
Highly analytical with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
Salary and Benefits :
Important : This position is a full-time remote opportunity, with a requirement to travel to the corporate office in Green Bay two times a month. We are considering candidates from the following states :
Salary : $152,000 - $175,000
