The Maintenance Tech-PM at Carbo is responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of manufacturing equipment, systems, and facility infrastructure. This involves performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and servicing of machinery to identify potential mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues.
- Perform non-routine repairs, installation, and service on both electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Learn all aspects of plant operation and fill in wherever needed to optimize plant efficiency.
Requirements
- Able to work 12 hour rotating shifts including nights & weekends as needed.
- Experience with Preventative and Reliability Maintenance including lubrication and inspection of all industrial components.
- A 2-year degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent experience.
- Industrial electrical and mechanical skills as well as the ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, mechanical and electrical drawings/schematics.
