The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and mentor a team of 10 D2D sales representatives. You will be responsible for overseeing sales operations in the field, driving team performance, and ensuring the successful execution of our team to generate as many high quality appointments as possible. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 10 door-to-door sales representatives, providing hands-on coaching and mentorship.
- Recruit, train, and develop new sales reps, ensuring they meet performance benchmarks.
- Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and implement strategies to maximize productivity and close rates.
- Conduct daily team meetings to provide motivation, feedback, and sales training.
- Drive revenue growth by ensuring team members effectively pitch and close deals on home improvement projects such as roofing, painting, landscaping, and windows.
- Manage scheduling and logistics for sales territories to optimize efficiency.
- Maintain a positive team culture, fostering motivation and accountability.

Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience managing and scaling a high-performing sales team (door-to-door sales experience preferred).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to motivate and coach a team to success in a high-energy environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with both the team and potential clients.

Compensation & Benefits:
- OTE > $100k per year
- W2 Pay Structure
- Hourly Commission Monthly performance bonuses.

- Sunday to Thursday
- Weekends as needed
