Carbon Health is looking for an experienced Medical Scribe (Connected Care Guide) who is excited to take on a new role built around the patient experience end-to-end. We are building a virtual-first primary care program that marries accessibility and convenience with comprehensive care and value. As a Virtual Connected Care Guide, you'll be the first and last interaction our patients have during their visit, but you'll also provide support during their visit and follow up interactions. As a member of this growing team, you have a unique opportunity to help shape our virtual-first, outcomes-based care delivery model – from influencing our custom EMR to designing clinical workflows to informing our mobile app experience.   This is a great opportunity to grow your knowledge and experience and build upon this role and team! Tech savviness, attention to detail, time management skills and genuine care towards other are necessary to thrive in this position. This is a REMOTE role and open to candidates anywhere in the U.S. Ideal candidates will be located on the east coast, but we will consider all qualified candidates who are comfortable working eastern time zone business hours. This role is (4) 10 hour days Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm! REQUIRED TRAVEL/PAID TRAINING in Boston, MA December 12-15.
