About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Specialist to join our team as a Clinical Therapist ABA. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring seamless client care. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Behavioral Intervention Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive behavior intervention plans tailored to individual client needs
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including primary care medical providers, therapists, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless client care
- Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and address potential issues related to behavioral interventions, providing effective solutions to maintain optimal client outcomes
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, interventions, and progress
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Masters preferred)
- Minimum one year of experience in behavior modification and interventions
- Licensed Behavior Specialist or equivalent required; Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Professional Counselor preferred
- At least 12 credits in ABA services or one year of full-time experience under BCBA supervision and 40 hours of training in ABA
