Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and self-reliant Solar Consultant for our remote Helena location. This role requires someone with proven solar sales experience and a results-driven mindset. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, advocating for the benefits of solar energy, conducting site assessments, and driving sales independently. You will be the face of our company in Helena and will cover a broad region, traveling from Helena up to Great Falls, down to Butte, and throughout the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers through various outreach methods.
- Educate homeowners and businesses on the benefits of solar energy and our products/services.
- Conduct site assessments to determine solar energy feasibility.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and close deals effectively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Stay current with solar technology advancements, incentives, and market trends.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads and customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project transitions post-sale.
- Maintain a professional and results-oriented work ethic while working independently.
Qualifications:
- Solar sales experience is required.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
