As a Revenue Operations Analyst at Carbon Robotics you will have experience in revenue operations, business analysis, or a similar role, with advanced proficiency in HubSpot and a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making. This role will focus on optimizing revenue processes, enhancing reporting capabilities, and driving operational efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
What you'll do :
- Analyze and enhance revenue workflows across sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Serve as the HubSpot expert, managing configurations, integrations, and training.
- Develop dashboards and provide insights on pipeline health, forecasting, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure data integrity.
- Manage and improve the revenue tech stack to drive operational efficiency.

The compensation range outlined is based on a target budgeted base salary. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as relevant experience and skill, Interview assessments and responsibility of role, job duties / requirements. Offers are determined using our equitable hiring practices. Carbon Robotics offers additional compensation in the form of benefits premiums, pre-IPO stock options and On Target Earning commissions for appropriate positions. Base pay ranges are reviewed each year. We are committed to the principle of pay equity - paying employees equitably for similar work.
Carbon Robotics' base salary pay range :
125,000-$145,000 USD
