In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our clients, helping them achieve their sustainability goals through our innovative building solutions.
Compensation range : $120K-$180K. Compensation is commensurate with experience and quantity of projects managed.

Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients in the construction and building management industries.
- Build strong relationships with assigned clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, design, construction) to develop customized solutions that meet client sustainability targets and budgets.
- Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and exceeding expectations.
- Manage client accounts on an ongoing basis, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction, project success, and revenue generation.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in sustainable building practices.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, sustainability, or a related field.
Requirements
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of managing accounts in affordable multifamily and / or energy.
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Able to work from home in a distraction free environment full time
Lift up to 40 pounds
Minimum Bachelors Degree in construction, engineering, business or related field
