Role Overview :
The People Experience Coordinator will play a key role in creating an exceptional employee experience by managing office operations, coordinating recruitment efforts, and orchestrating opportunities for employee engagement. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have strong communication skills, and be passionate about building a welcoming and vibrant work environment. This role reports to our Chief of Staff and works closely with the HR Administrator.
Key Responsibilities :
- Employee Experience & Office Management :
Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and inviting.
Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
Maintain calendars for key employee events such as anniversaries and birthdays.
Implement and manage employee engagement and recognition programs.
Serve as the first point of contact for general HR-related inquiries from employees.
