Key Responsibilities

2. _Configure Service Cloud Features_: Configure and customize Service Cloud features, such as Case Management, Entitlements, Milestones, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
3. _Develop Custom Apex Code_: Develop custom Apex code to automate business processes, integrate with AWS services, and enhance the overall customer experience.
4. _Integrate with AWS Services_: Integrate Service Cloud with AWS services, such as Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, Amazon Comprehend, and AWS Lambda.
5. _Troubleshoot and Optimize_: Troubleshoot and optimize Service Cloud solutions to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability.

Requirements
_Technical Skills_

2. _Apex Programming_: Proficiency in Apex programming language and Salesforce development best practices.
3. _AWS Experience_: 1 year of experience with AWS services, including Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, Amazon Comprehend, and AWS Lambda.
4. _Salesforce Certifications_: Salesforce Developer and/or Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification.
5. _AWS Certifications_: AWS Certified Developer - Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification.
